How does My Lab History work?
Compare your lab reports from any lab, side by side.
My Lab History reads your blood test reports, from Thyrocare, Dr Lal PathLabs, Metropolis, Apollo, Agilus and other labs, and lines up up to 5 reports per person in one table, with a trend chart for every test. Values and reference ranges are shown exactly as printed, with high and low results marked, so you and your doctor can see what’s changing.
- Add yourself and your family. No sign-up needed.
- Upload lab reports as PDFs, scanned PDFs or photos, or share them straight from WhatsApp or Gmail.
- See every result with trends, then download a free preview or the complete report for ₹49 per person.
Step 1: Add yourself and your family
Start by adding yourself: your name, date of birth and gender. Then tap + Add family members to add your spouse, children, parents or anyone else you look after. There’s no account, no login and no password.
Each person gets their own timeline, and each report is saved only to the person whose name is on it. If the name on a report doesn’t match the person you picked, the app tells you, so one person’s results never end up in another person’s report. Small spelling differences are fine: “Karthik”, “Karthick” and “Karthik Raman” all match.
Step 2: Upload your lab reports
- PDFs from the lab give the most accurate results. Use the PDF the lab emailed or sent on WhatsApp whenever you can.
- Scanned PDFs and photos of printed reports work too. Take the photo flat, in good light, with the whole page in view.
- Share from other apps: once you’ve installed My Lab History on your phone, you can share a report straight from WhatsApp, Gmail or your Files app.
The app reads about 100 common tests, such as blood sugar, HbA1c, cholesterol, thyroid, vitamin D and B12, liver and kidney tests, and the complete blood count. It matches each lab’s own test names, so “SGPT” from one lab and “ALT” from another line up in the same row. After a report is read, you can check the values, the date and the lab name before saving it.
Step 3: See your results and trends
- Side by side: every test in one table, with your latest 5 reports in columns, newest first.
- High and low results marked: red means outside that report’s reference range, green means within it.
- A trend chart for every test, so you can see at a glance whether a value is going up or down. Charts convert units where labs differ, such as mmol/L and mg/dL, so different labs can be compared.
Step 4: Download or share your report

Two ways to start
Fresh report
For your first time. Upload your lab reports, up to the latest 5 per person, and get a new report.
Continue from previous report
For your next checkup. First upload the My Lab History report you downloaded last time, then upload your latest lab report. Your earlier results are read back from that PDF, so you don’t need your old lab reports again.
The report always keeps each person’s latest 5 reports. When you add a newer one, the oldest is dropped automatically.
Your privacy
- Your reports are read inside your own browser. They’re never uploaded to us or anyone else.
- Your data stays on your device for 24 hours so you can download your report, then it’s deleted automatically. Tap Delete now to remove everything straight away.
- No sign-up, no account, and no advertising.
Read the full Privacy policy.
Use it like an app
My Lab History works in any modern browser on your phone or computer. On your phone, tap Install app (or “Add to Home screen” in your browser’s menu) to put it on your home screen. There’s nothing to download from an app store.
Good to know
- Always check the values against your original lab report. Reading photos and scans can occasionally make mistakes.
- My Lab History organises your results so they’re easier to understand and discuss with your doctor. It doesn’t diagnose, treat or give medical advice.
- My Lab History isn’t affiliated with any lab.
